All sales of makhanas (fox nuts) and other food products are considered FINAL.
Due to strict health, hygiene, and food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns for any product once it has been purchased. This policy applies to all orders, including those where the customer has changed their mind, did not like the taste, or made an ordering error.
2. Exclusions: Damaged or Defective Goods Only
While we do not accept returns, we are committed to ensuring you receive your makhanas in excellent condition. If you receive a product that is:
Damaged in Transit: The item arrived visibly crushed or with broken packaging.
Defective/Substandard: The product is spoiled, stale, or contains foreign materials.
Incorrect Order: You received a product different from the one you ordered.

3. Procedure for Refund Claims
You must report issues promptly and provide evidence for a claim to be considered:
Time Limit: You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Required Proof:
You must include your Order Number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect. For products damaged during shipping, a photo of both the damaged item and the external shipping box is required.
Refund Time line :
Approved Refunds will be processed with in two days, and credited to the original payment method with in 7 days.
